Directions:
On Interstate 64, take the North Mallory Road (State Road 169) exit. Proceed on North Mallory Road to East Pembroke Avenue. Take a right on East Pembroke Avenue.
East Pembroke Avenue dead-ends at Buckroe Beach.
Distances:
Juniors - Kids ages 7-10 swim 100 yards; bike 3 miles and run 1/2 mile*
Seniors - Kids ages 11-14 swim 200 yards, bike 6 miles and run 1 mile*
*Distances may vary at select events

*All participants must be a current member of USA Triathlon. Annual USAT youth memberships are available online for $5 at usatriathlon.org.
