Conditions of Acceptance of Event Registration

1) Participants MUST present a photo I.D. and sign a release-from-liability waiver at packet pick-up
2) Show proof of USAT membership or purchase a one-day or annual USAT license at packet pick-up
3) Entry fees are non-refundable
4) Race management reserves the right to cancel or modify the event due to unfavorable conditions
5) Race management reserves the right to accept or reject all entry forms

Refund Policy

Entry fees are non-refundable, for any reason, including event cancelation due to unfavorable conditions.

Transfer Policies

To Another Individual: Individual entries can be transfered to another individual up to two weeks prior to the event. There is a $25 fee required to complete the transfer. Entries cannot be transfered for any reason less than two weeks before the race.

To Another Series Race: Participants can transfer Individual entries from one event in the series to another event in the series (if space is available). The event transfer must be applied for at least two weeks prior to the event you are transfering from. There is a $10 fee required to complete the transfer. Entries cannot be transfered for any reason less than two weeks before the race.

Relay Participants: Relay teams can substitute team members. There is no fee associated with the substitution. Relay team entries cannot be transfered to another event in the series.

Individual to Relay Entry

An individual entrant can switch their entry to a relay team entry up to two weeks prior to the event. The entrant will be required to pay the difference between the current relay team entry fee and the individual entry fee paid. No transfers are allowed less than two weeks prior to the race.
