Race Venue:

Lummus Park, Ocean Drive, Miami Beach, Florida. Registration and packet pick-up takes place on the patio adjacent to the 10th Street Lifeguard Station at Lummus Park. The finish line area is between 9th and 10th Streets and the transition area is between 5th and 6th Streets.

Course Information

Race Venue - Lummus Park, Ocean Drive, Miami Beach, Florida. The transition area and swim finish is located between 5th and 6th Streets. Race Registration and Expo, the swim start and the race finish is located near 10th Street. The TriKidz Triathlon will be staged from the 10th Street end of the park.

International - 1.5K swim - 40K Bike - 10K Run
Sprint* - .25 mile Swim - 8 mile Bike - 5K Run
*Because of the loop style bike course, the sprint bike and swim courses have been shortened.

Swim - The swim takes place in the Atlantic Ocean. The swim will be a point to point swim starting near 14th Street and ending near 5th Street. Swimmers will swim from the north to the south, staying parallel to shore. The Sprint start will be near 6th Street.

Bike - The bike course is an out and back 8 mile course that takes cyclists across the MacArthur Causeway to Miami and back. International distance athletes will bike three laps of the course and sprint athletes will bike one.

Run - The run course will be an out and back run on the hard packed beach. Runners will head north to the designated turnaround points and then head back south to the finish in Lummus Park. Please note that the run takes place on the hard packed sand of Miami Beach, not the soft beach sand.
