Information
Race Venue
- Buckroe Beach on the Chesapeake Bay in Hampton.
Swim
- The swim takes place in the Chesapeake Bay. The course will be a rectangular course. The projected water temperature will be in the low to mid 70's so the race will be wetsuit legal.
Bike
- The bike course is a 20.5K loop course. Sprint
athletes will race
one lap of the course,
and international distance
athletes will race

- The run course is a flat
and fast out and back
course with a loop out to Fort Monroe for the 10K runners. Course Map
