Group Discounted Entries
Sommer Sports offers a discounted race entry program for clubs, groups, and active military personnel racing in the military category. For most events a minimum of five entries are required to take advantage of the group discounts and organizations must sign-up for the program a minimum of 15 days in advance of the race. Discounted entries are only available for Sommer Sports owned events including the TriAmerica Series, Great Floridian Triathlon, Florida Challenge Triathlon, Central Florida Triathlon Series, and TriKidz youth triathlons.

Club Discounts
Two separate discounted entry fee programs are available for clubs:
1) Entry Certificates. This method offers the greatest discount possible. A club purchases entry certificates and distributes the certificants to the athletes. The athletes then redeem the certificates themselves to enter the race. Prior to redemption, the certificates are fully transferable. To take advantage of this program the club must purchase a minimum of 10 entries into a single event and pay for the the certificates with a single transaction (not multiple checks or credit cards). The more entries purchased, the greater the discounts. Clubs can use this as a fundraising opportunity, or just pass the savings on to its members.
2) Individual Entries. With this program the club collects individual entries and payment from its members and submits the entries together to take advantage of reduced entry fees. A minimum of five entries is required for the discounted entry fees and all the entries must be submitted together. The more entries submitted, the greater the savings.
Corporate Discounts
The corporate discount program is similar to the club entry certificate program. This program is ideal for coaches and camps, health clubs, teams, running and cycling shops, and corporations. Race entries are purchased as entry certificates and distributed to the athletes. The athletes then redeem the certificates themselves to enter the race. Prior to redemption, the certificates are fully transferable. To take advantage of this program a minimum of five race entries into a single event must be purchased with a single transaction (not multiple checks or credit cards). The more entries purchased, the greater the discounts.
Military Discounts
This discount program is available for active military athletes racing in the military division. Eligible military organizations can aply for the program. Once they are approved, they will be issued a discount code that individual athletes can use when entering to receive the discounts. Discounts are only available to new entrants and not to athletes that have already entered the event. Military organizations can also take advantage of even greater discounts through our corporate discount program.
