A Holiday Themed Night Run at Safety Harbor!

When: Saturday, December 1, 2018

Start Time: 7:00 PM

Race Venue: Safety Harbor Marina Park, Safety Harbor, FL (Please note this is a new venue for 2018)

Directions: The Marina Park is located just south of the Safety Harbor Spa at 110 Veterans Memorial Lane, Safety Harbor, FL.

Parking: Plenty of parking is available in close proximity to the Marina.

Distance: 5K Run (3.1 miles)

Course: A beautiful 5K run along the waterfront with several holiday cheer zones along the way.

Amenities: A super cool holiday themed Finisher Medal, colorful event shirt, accurately measured and well monitored course, and hot chocolate and holiday cookies at the finish.

Registering by November 25th ensures proper t-shirt size.

Awards: Top three overall, top masters, and the top three in each division, male and female. Special costume awards TBA.

Santa's Twilight 5K benefits Sincerely Santa Tampa, a non-profit organization that provides toys and clothing to ‘at risk’ and underprivileged children in the Tampa Bay area. Race Participants are encouraged to make a donation to Sincerely Santa, or sponsor a child or family based on their needs. Please visit SincerelySantaTampa.org for more details, or check them out on Facebook. Additional details on how to sponsor a child or family will be emailed to all registrants in advance of the race.

Sommer Sports is also donating 100 race entries to the City of Tampa Parks & Rec Department to be distributed to ‘at risk’ and underprivileged children in Tampa!

Volunteers: Be part of all the excitement at one of Sommer Sport's events. Whether you have just a couple of hours to spare, or the entire day, your help will make a difference.
